Cody Vacation Rental

A 25-year minimum rental age, smoke-free rules, no-pet policy, four-person occupancy, and restrictions on events should be reviewed before arrival.

Check-In

Check-in begins after 4:00 PM. Access details are provided according to the reservation process, as the property does not operate with a conventional hotel front desk.

Check-Out

Check-out is required before 11:00 AM. Guests should follow any departure instructions provided for keys, dishes, rubbish, appliances, and the shared outdoor area.

Minimum Rental Age

The minimum age to rent the cottage is 25. The primary guest completing the reservation must meet this requirement.

Identification

Photo identification may be required at check-in or as part of the reservation verification process. The name on the identification should match the primary guest on the booking.

Occupancy

The cottage accommodates up to four guests. Sleeping arrangements consist of one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa. The occupancy limit should be followed even if visitors are only staying for part of the evening.

Children

Children are allowed, including guests aged 0 through 17. Adults remain responsible for supervision in the shared patio, grill, and outdoor areas.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at Well-Equipped Cody Cottage 2 Miles to Cody Rodeo! This restriction applies even when animals are accustomed to travel or remain indoors.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply when smoking occurs in prohibited areas.

Events and Gatherings

Events, parties, and large gatherings are not allowed. The property is intended for registered overnight guests rather than group functions or celebrations.

Parking Policy

Free street or nearby parking is available. Guests should use legal designated spaces and avoid blocking driveways or access to the homeowner’s separate residence.

Shared Outdoor Space

The patio, outdoor seating, and gas grill are shared. Guests should respect quiet hours, leave the area clean, and follow any posted rules concerning grill use.
